Green face masks seen on TV...

So you always see those green face masks on TV that women are wearing, what exactly do they have on their face? There was one show imparticular where the mask was also edible? What are the possibilities that was?





Also, I want to make a natural face mask. I was recommended using an avocado, so I went out and bought one. Any recipes for an avocado face mask? My skin isn't overly dry, but it's not all that oily either. I just want a soft, refreshed face.

take the avocado





peel it





take the pit out





mash it up in a bowl





add sugar (optional) i heard it gets rid of dead cells





take the avocado much





spread ot on your face





keep for 5 minutes





rinse with warm water





tada!! nice softy skin





ps. the face masks you see on tv is a special mud mask.

they prolly had a green clay mask on their face on tv. u can get it at shopko, traget, walgreens or any store like that. its a white bottle with a green top by the face washes(usually on the bottom shelf) its about 3 dollars. (sorry i dont remember the name...helena or something like that?)


to make ur own natural face mask:


1. peel %26amp; mash up the avavado


2. add oatmeal(to expoliate), honey (to soothe), or banana (to smooth) [or add all 3!]


3. mix together


4. slather on ur face and leave on for 10-15 mins


5. rince off with warm water
