On Zelda Majoras Mask how do you get the spin attack.the strongest 1.(blade glows orange not blue)widest range?

Note:The spin attack were you hold B and it charges up


I only have it were it goes:B,and I continue holding it but it doesnt go up 1 to orange. I need to know how to get the 2nd part where it goes:B,blue-----orange. And thats when it stops(final charge,full charge)So I can have the orange 1 were it's more powerful and a wider range.On Zelda Majoras Mask how do you get the spin attack.the strongest 1.(blade glows orange not blue)widest range?
You need to collect all of the stray fairies in the Woodfall temple.





Each of the four temples has 15 Stray Fairies inside. Collecting all of them and returning to the Great Fairy Fountain near the entrance will upgrade something.





Woodfall = Master Spin Attack


Snowhead = Double size Magic Meter


Great Bay = Double Defense


Stone Tower = Great Fairy's Sword (does 4X the damage of the Kokiri Sword, but takes up a C slot and isn't really all that helpful)On Zelda Majoras Mask how do you get the spin attack.the strongest 1.(blade glows orange not blue)widest range?
I'm not 100%, but I believe that you get it if you collect all the stray fairies in the Woodfall dungeon and take them to the Great Fairy outside the palace you can get it.
