I know of no where you can buy or purchase just one pair, but, go to almost any pharmacy and get these items off the shelf. A box of gloves are only a few dollars and you can get either plastic or rubber.

you can go to your local hospital
or ambulance sercive, i work for one and im pretty sure you can just walk in and they wouldnt mind letting you have them
